Turbo Tax is great, which I know from using it for more than a decade. There is just one thing that continues to be a pain: Royalties that come from books are poorly handled. There's a presumption that royalties come from oil, gas, minerals, etc. or from renting, but that's not always the case. So, I suggest that you add a question as to whether or not royalties came from a publication and then, if so, lead the filer through the appropriate process. Short of that, Turbo Tax is great.
What's great about it: Continues to excel at leading one through the process.
What's not so great: Only one: Royalties from books

financial section not very informative or possessing sufficient explanation of financial areas, investments, etc.; same with some child costs/expenses.

turbo tax review

As always Turbotax was easy to use and very convienient. Except when I tried to ask a question. I expected great things due to the television commercials but what a flop the help section is.
What's great about it: Turbo tax imports all my old info making the rest easy.
What's not so great: When I needed to ask a question about a FSA, Turbotax fell short.

Dependable and Easy To Use Software

My uncle introduced me to use Turbotax software because he's been using it for so many years. He used to do our family tax filling using the Turbotax. Then he taught me to use it. My first time using the software, I'm a bit scared of not doing it right. But my uncle told to try it then when I'm done, go to use house with my computer and he will verify it. Since then, I've been filling our tax using Turbotax. And I will use the same services forever.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbotax for many years, it is much faster than by hand and gives you the confidence that your return is done correctly finding all the credits you can/should take.

Easy to use tax program

Nice Job, I get the feeling that TurboTax will pick out all of my deductions. My son has been using it to do our taxes for several years now.
What's great about it: Great step by step instructions
What's not so great: for the cost of the program wish the state fee's were free
