Makes taxes much easier

I am very pleased with this tax software. I used TaxCut for years and switching to TurboTax went with a problem. It read my earlier taxes and imported them into TurbTax without an error. Each year the old data is carried over and I can still update it as needed.
What's great about it: Use the programs easy interview process
What's not so great: Not much to complain about.

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. It walks you through the entire return and will answer any questions you have along the way. Much cheaper than paying a tax service for the information you can do yourself.

The product is very easy if you follow directions, if you don't it will let you know eventually. I had to call the Turbo tax Customer Service Center because I couldn't retrieve last years returns and 3 minutes into the conversation I knew they were staying with me until the problem was resolved The call lasted almost an hour, but I hung up a happy man.
What's great about it: willing to stay on phone for as long as it takes
What's not so great: Wait time to get in contact with a CPA to ask a question

Awesome Product

TurboTax is a great product for 1040 and 1040A filers. I like the detailed walkthrough with explanation and link to IRS publication. Errors check is a neat feature, it caught several "honest" mistakes that I made and help caught a property tax deduction too.
Feature suggestion: The software version should have an option to import previously filed info done from TurboTax.com
What's great about it: Detailed walkthrough with errors checks and explanations
What's not so great: Expensive e-file fees even with paid software
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Overall a precise quick program.
What's great about it: Smart program. I don't have to be a CPA to use it.
What's not so great: It doesn't come with one state anymore. And couldn't find the corporate version in the store.
