Easy as pie.

I've used TurboTax a few years back, and used Taxcut the last four years. They are fairly similar to me. I believe amount owed or refunded changes quicker in TT as you complete each line. In Taxcut...it doesn't change until you complete the section.
What's great about it: Ways to flag pages and go back for review later.
What's not so great: Should ask to save during completion.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use - but errors!

Gave me an error just as I went to file! And, it was not clear exactly what the problem was! At that point, it should be quite clear what the issue was. Very frustrating...just glad it was not 4/15/13!

I think Turbo Tax has greatly improved the ability to verify information, import information and explain questions. When tax questions are not clear--just the tax forms--the program does a great job helping the user understand what the question is asking.
What's great about it: Easy to edit information and felt very thorough
What's not so great: Some tax questions are just hard to understand

A very easy tool to use in completing a very complex task-filing federal and state taxes. Keep updating the help section and review the answers from others to ensure a consistent correct answer is provided.
What's great about it: Very intuitive, very methodical and clear
