I am delighted with Turbo Tax. Very easy to use.
What's great about it: Thorough, easy to follow, ability to review, easy to understand.
What's not so great: Some non-cash donations to charity that I had were not included in the list.

If I can easily use TurboTax , anyone can use it

I've been using Turbo Tax for approx 4 years. Every year my sister says she is going to use it. I bought her one last week. She already filed her taxes but she is going to do the Turbo Tax to see if what the outcome would have been. I tell her every year that she will be filing this way once she tries it. Next year I will hear her say, I should have done this sooner.
What's great about it: Easy, user friendly
What's not so great: state is not free to file

Audit Peace of Mind

Turbo Tax overall puts a whole different lite on "March Madness" when it comes to filing your taxes. It is simple to use and lets you personalize the depth of how far you want to go in each catetgory, so you can breeze through the parts you don't qualify for and spend the needed time on the parts you should be paying attention to. I especially like the feature which double checks your work to be sure everything is accurate.... especially when it comes to maximizing your refund. Which after all is the most important reason to want to file your taxes anyway.
What's great about it: Liked the thoroughness of the Tax Software
What's not so great: One area incorrectly categorized my dependants because I forgot to fill in a section

I am a longtime fan of TurboTax... the ease of use is fantastic. The only trouble I had was in getting the previous year's data from a different computer. Not that I hold TurboTax accountable for that, but maybe the explanation of how to do so, could be made just a bit clearer(?).

Fed and State very good, RITA - OK

Fed and State are very good. I like the import features for W-2s and past returns. Local RITA tax section has never seemed to be quite right on the first try. Generally have to double check RITA and adjust something. This year one W-2 took out for the Non-RITA work city and also for the resident RITA city, interview part of Turbo-tax did not seem to handle that situation well.
What's great about it: Fed and State very good
What's not so great: RITA has never seemed to be fully correct
