Made it easy!

I was able to sit down in the comfort of my home and complete my return in one to two hours. If I did not have the tax form I needed, I could find it in my house or look it up on the internet.
What's great about it: Ease of use, convenient

It's Easy

Turbo Tax is easy for me to do myself, it enters all the information from the year before which makes it even easier.
What's great about it: I can do it myself, and it's not at all difficult.
What's not so great: Sometimes the tax wording is confusing.

Solid as a Rock

I have used TurboTax since its creation. Each year, I look at the other products available and each year, I go back to TurboTax. It is very user-friendly. There is help available if you need it and it is just SO easy to use and understand.
What's great about it: User friendly; explanations available if necessary; affordable; transfers information from year to year.
What's not so great: Would like to be able to buy a copy that lets me e-file more than 5 returns. Would be willing to spend extra $$ to get.

More Help On Charitable Donations, PLEASE!

Frustrated by inability and too many layers to get to information needed about a charitable deduction this year. Please make TurboTax better by having a box for vehicle or property deduction for charity next year!
What's great about it: Gives you most of the info you need to do your taxes easily
What's not so great: Not enough info on charitable deductions - had difficulty trying to find a particular type of deduction this year

Taxes made simple

Turbotax makes filing a return simple and provides assuerance that it is done correctly. The hlpful hints and links to additional information on income and deductions are very helpful. And the audit risk feature is an infoamtive one.
What's great about it: Easy walk-through routine; link to additional IRS criteria
What's not so great: Nothing not to like

Easy, little tricky with specific question

A specific question poses a challenge to find the answer. It does keep track of you balance to the IRS, refund or pay, with each section. So, you can watch how income or deductions affect the overall picture.
What's great about it: transfers information from one tax year to another - asks you to review an item that may have an error
What's not so great: Maneuvering back and forward presented some challenges.
