one problem i had a typo that my refund inprobable,there should have been someway to bedect that for me.

Love it, use it every year. Had problems figuring out where to put job hunt expenses but other than that worked great.
What's great about it: SImple and straight forward
What's not so great: Some concepts around business expenses are bad

Turbo Tax 2012 was very easy to use and guided me thru all the sections with ease and I felt very relieved to have been able to do my own taxes... of course with the Turbo Tax help. Thanks for a great product!!!!

Another Great Year with Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and each year it gets much easier and less time consuming. This year I finished my taxes in less than 30 minutes.
What's great about it: This is the first time I imported all of my information from another source and all of the information transferred easy.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Just when you think TurboTax is a polished tool and easy to use (2011 version), the product gets updated and becomes even easier to navigate through (2012 version). Thank you.
What's great about it: Easy reading through auto guide process
What's not so great: Hmmmmm

If you know what numbers to plug in, certainly an easy methodology to finishing taxes. Deffinately a plug and play model.
What's great about it: Follow the directions, and plug in your numbers
What's not so great: Long process, even with the help
