The Best Tax Preparer - EVER

The flow fits the way i think - questions enable me to find my data and enter with ease. The analysis at the end and the error checking provide peace of mind.
What's great about it: ot all the deductions - easy quesitons - easy to follow
What's not so great: none I can think of

Overall I would recommend turbo tax to those whose taxes involve more than simple earned income and straight taxes
What's great about it: Thorough, covering all aspects of a tax report especially all of the things of which I was not aware.
What's not so great: Often complicated instructions were hard to follow and "explanations did not always clarify questions

Generally easy, some terminology clarifications

Like the ability to revisit sections at will, overall views, print copies for reference, help on-line or by phone generally very good (considering all of the possible circumstances).
Some terminology clarifications needed (mostly investment technical terms) to avoid mis-entries. Investment firm reports could be more clearly stated (e.g. 1099-B), as the boxes don't always match the IRS forms.
What's great about it: Easy to use, straightforward, reasonable $

Easy as Pie!

I've used Turbo tax for the last 8 yrs at least. It's easy to use and I love I don't have to go anywhere but at my house.
What's great about it: Love that it walked me through it!
What's not so great: Nothing- it was wonderful!

Taxed the IRS

Used Turbo tax Deluxe. It was Great!
Loved being able to maximize my refund.
Playing with the numbers, all legal and within the letter of the law, was able to get an additional $1000 on Education credit buy taxing some scholarships and reaping a higher return for the tax credit.
