Not a great experience,as in the past

I have been using turbotax for about 10 out of the last 13 years,I would think it would not get more confusing and unclear. If another solution becomes available I may use it.
What's great about it: It is more simplified compared to reading the tax forms
What's not so great: More convoluted and confusing then in previous years

The software is simple and well thought -out. The problem solving especially the e-file pin #s were help-ful

Getting Help

I complete tax returns for myself, minor children and mother. Using TurboTax makes the process smoother and much faster. I miss having a clear understanding of the consequences of the numbers I enter
What's great about it: Done Quickly.
What's not so great: Using a program restricts ability to understand ramifications of decisions.

Turbo Tax desktop version was a great product, i'll be using turbo tax again next year. This really was a an easy product to use.
What's great about it: Too easy
What's not so great: had to download a .Tax document, wouldn't gather all information from .PDF

So glad TurboTax exists. Takes me no time at all to file my taxes each year, and I'm confident they're correct. I don't know what I'd do without TurboTax!

Big Timesaver

we were able to access last years return and complete this years without the stress of looking for the correct forms.
What's great about it: I was able to get both federal and state taxes done in a short time
What's not so great: the PDF did not print properly

I've used Turbo Tax for years.. if I can figure it out anyone can! It really walks you through things and explains if you are eligible or not for each item.
What's great about it: you can stop anytime and it reminds you what you need.. taxes done on my time!
