Fast and sensible

This is at least 20 years of using computer based programs, and the past 15 or so have been TT.
I have no incentive to switch products, and I hope Turbo Tax remains priced here so I don't have to.
I'd like to see a bit easier way to park an icon for "It's Deductible" on my quick start menu so my wife can find it easily throughout the year--she'd prefer to use it as we go, rather than do an annual summary effort
What's great about it: quick steps made it a fast event; carryover data on math and details for donations saves huge time annually
What's not so great: hard to delete some sections which were not needed

I've used Turbo Tax for past 5-6 years. It is easy to use and I feel confident that all the information is correct and on the right forms.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: not sure of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Watch out for brokerage import

There is no checking to make sure that duplicate information is not imported from brokerage accounts. I have two passwords and one of the accounts is accessible from either password, The program was not smart enough to identify the same account number as being counted twice.
What's great about it: Easy to report data
What's not so great: Duplicate imported account almost cost me several thousand dollars.

Outstanding Product

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it keeps getting better. The program is very easy to use. The walk through doesn't take as long as one would expect.
When I go through sections like "INCOME" or "DEDUCTIONS" it would be more user friendly if in between steps the window went to the bottom of the list rather than the top.
What's great about it: Ease of use,
What's not so great: Some user friendly items could be improved.
