Easy as Pie

This is the second year using Turbo Tax and I found it a lot easier using it this year. Much info was downloaded from last year's data. Certainly will use it next year. !!!
What's great about it: Took all the guesswork out of forms and regulations; easy to follow
What's not so great: Took a little time to find the proper FAQ

I really like that last year's information was ported into this return and I really like the guided approach to listing all income and deductions!!! Even though I had to pay federal taxes, I feel I had the best guidance to get the most deductions I could and I like that I am guided to list all income needed. Great product!!!! I've used Turbo tax instead of tax professionals last year and this year.

I've been using TurboTax for a long time and really like the way that it works. The questions in the guided mode are good, it remembers your information from last year and you can switch modes easily. What I don't like is when going through the topics in the guided mode, as you finish one topic and are taken back to the summary, it takes you to the top. You then have to scroll down to the bottom to choose "next topic". Other than that, it's great.
What's great about it: I like that you can switch from EasyGuide to Forms easily when you need to .

I had no problems filing our taxes eith turbotax. I feel confident every year that our taxes are filed completely and correctly

I like using Turbo Tax. Sometimes I do not understand what needs to be corrected, but I think I figured it out correctly.
What's great about it: Working through the questions completing the forms
