I am very pleased with Turbo Tax. I have been using it for many years now and am pleased with it each year. I recommend it to all my friends.
What's great about it: How it leads you through with all the questions.
What's not so great: Wish you could go back to specific pages with out having to re-navigate a whole section.

Turbo Is Not Taxing

Turbo tax is actually pretty easy to use. It gives you step by step instructions and even asks you to double check to make sure you have not left anything out. I feel very confident with Turbo Tax.
I particularly like the way it asks for details block by block. It often gives you several options which is very helpful.
What's great about it: For the most part it is easy to use. It actually has gotten easier to use since the first time I used it.
What's not so great: There are still a few terms that are difficult to understand based on my understanding.

Amazing Tax Software!

I actually enjoyed the whole process of filing my federal and state taxes as I have each year that I have used Turbo Tax. The software is easy to understand, thorough and comprehensive and easy to use. A great product that I will use in the future.
What's great about it: I liked the simple, easy steps that insured my returns.
What's not so great: I didn't like that I didn't use Turbo Tax years before!

Straightforward and Easy

Overall, Turbo Tax is an excellent piece of software. It walks you through each section in a fairly chronological way. Instructions are given in layman's terms and helpful click-here-for-additional-information links are abundant. My only complaint is that sometimes it is a bit unclear if I needed to complete certain sections or not. By and large, this wasn't an issue but it did come up a couple of times for me. All in all, a great software that was convenient and easy and use. I will definitely be using it next year.
What's great about it: Straightforward and easy to follow directions.
What's not so great: Some sections could be a little clearer

Confident return

The guided tax return is exactly what I need. It is much improved over years ago. At times navigating back in the return can be a problem. I just close it and reopen to get where I need to go
What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I like the fact that information is pulled from a previous return
