I have used turbo tax for probably 10 years, preparing returns for my family and friends as well. It is earlier and cheaper than having someone else prepare my returns.
What's great about it: It is easy and comprehensive
What's not so great: Didn't handle an unqulaified annuity payment very well

Easily done from home in a day 1/2

Have used TurboTax going on over 5 years. Gets easier and easier every year. This is outstanding software that truly saves time and work. And I've worked for CPAs for over 15 years.
What's great about it: Step by easy step to completing taxes
What's not so great: Gathering records needed by Turbotax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Cheesy

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now. It is INEXPENSIVE, EASY and FAST. I do have a very simple tax situation filing jointly with the same single income for several years and the same deductions every year. TurboTax imports 85% or more of the information automatically. Everything else is step by step, easy to understand and easy to skip and return to later.
What's great about it: Easy and Fast
What's not so great: None for me. I have a very simple tax situation.

Great product. Keep doing what you are doing.
What's great about it: quick and painless process, easy to understand and very good explanations of each step if needed
What's not so great: having to scroll to bottom of the main page to go to each new section
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax is easy to use and I have used it for years without any issues. I plan on using it again every year.
