been using turbo tax for last 4 years works great get taxes done in less than a day if need. Can save and come back where left off , password protected files is a big plus
What's great about it: easily make sure you have entered all info
What's not so great: does not include all financial institutions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Major upgrade in user friendliness

Feeling of confidence in the results and that all options, deductions, etc. have been addressed. Not just that input was provided and calculations were made.
What's great about it: Liked the way cells are identified to IRS forms facilitating entry and the option of importing brokerage reports.
What's not so great: I'm retired and yet it asked for W-2 info at the end review.

i always have confidence that i get as much service as a paid agent as long as my figures are correct and the price is right.
