A Godsend for Tax Procrastinators!

I've been using Turbo Tax for a number of years now and like knowing that it is always up to date with the tax laws to better maximize my return benefits. Transferring data from previous years to start and then finishing with a comparison of this year with last are great time-saving and confidence building features. I recommend Turbo Tax to all my friends and work associates.
Being an incurable procrastinator, it's always nice to know that when time is running out, "T-squared" will help me get my returns done fast and accurately. E-filing was another great feature... no searching for and running to the only US Post Office open until midnight!

I've used the Turbo Tax software for at least the past 5 years. I t can't be beaten for ease of use. Only took a couple of hours to do a 1040 with itemized deductions. Your going to put the tax accountants out of work.
What's great about it: Simple to use, great explanations and help
What's not so great: Can't think of any

I've been using turbo tax for years + I always end up wondering what took me so long to get around to doing taxes. It as as enjoyable as doing taxes can be; the worst part is having to search for and gather up the required paperwork, the rest is (almost) enjoyable
What's great about it: very reassuring that everything was accounted for; also like the ease with which one can double-check the work
What's not so great: no longer supports power pc architecture on Macs (but I guess it's time to update)

1099DIV statement contained no entry for box 12 state code. Turbo tax interviw was silent on this subject and only the error check made you put something in. No instructions or help was provided

I have used TurboTax for several years; it's always easy to start it up and have the prior year's info shown to help. Nice and reliable!

I have been both a TurboTax and Quicken user for years and love both applications. Both help manage personal finances with minimal effort.
What's great about it: Easy to use; carries over info from prior year
What's not so great: Absoplutely none
