Eye opener!!!

Overall I was satisfied even though I owed, but I expected to pay. Turbo Tax did help me reduce down what I owed though. Thanks.
What's great about it: A lot of deductions shown for maximizing my refund!!
What's not so great: A few things not explained very well

Program has a lot to be desired. I have used this program for years, and this is the first year I had any trouble with it.
I would't recommend it to any body, after the experience I had with it this year. It wa sent out in an unfinished state and should have been held back until it was ready to be released.

this is my 3rd year using Turbo Tax. Can't believe I used to do this all by hand with paper, pencil and calculator!
Thanks Intuit for making my "tax headache" much more bearable
What's great about it: Easy Guide walked me through the whole thing!
What's not so great: need an index of each page to quickly reference

Good, solid program

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years and I absolutely trust the program. I trust that I am going to find answers to all my questions, I trust the numbers are correct and I trust them to get the most deductions to which I am entitled.
What's great about it: I trust it
What's not so great: A few too many "sales pitches"
