Wouldn't think of doing taxes any other way

Have used TurboTax for years. (Deluxe version so I can also file state return.) My return includes self-employment forms, and data import from a brokerage account. All straightforward. Seemed to me that navigation and help boxes were further improved from last year - in any case they were helpful and easy to use. Did need to contact chat help, for what turned out to be a check box that I'd overlooked. That online chat support was fine.
What's great about it: Easy to use, guidance and help very good
What's not so great: none

On Target Turbo Tax!

Used for years, husband switched once to the "other" , I got to say with a smile I told you so because after hours of frustration and swearing blue streaks he went out and bought the ONLY TAX SOFTWARE there is to use! He also has never thought twice about changing and we always owe the Feds, even been audited once and still no serious issues.
What's great about it: No worries, always accurate, easy and efficient
What's not so great: no complaints

Quick n Easy!

Have used TurboTax for the last 4 years. Used a Tax Prepartion firm before and it cost more. Did not like sharing all of my information with a stranger. This process gives me much more comfort. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Flowed easily. Website help is great.
What's not so great: Havving to go back for updates once I had completed document

I use Turbo tax every year. The only issue I have--I get nervous when I see it updating forms and programs after I have filed.

What's not so great: Wanting to add addiItonal fee's too often (like State Tax - no once should be enough)

Another great tax return experience!

I've used TT for years and I have saved thousands in accounting fees while generating the same forms with the same information. Turbo Tax always has the updates for all the tax law changes each year so I can pass on doing hours of reading over IRS codes.
What's great about it: Love the fact it keeps the previous years info for comparison.
What's not so great: Wish it kept track of the points on my loan.
