Turbo Tax Makes Life much simpler

I enjoy using Turbo Tax and especially the ability to purchase Audit Insurance
What's great about it: Easy to Follow directions & ability to efile
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Product, Very simple to use

I like the simplicity of Turbo Tax. The ability to go back and review each step and to see prior years deductions to compare. I've used Turbo Tax for the last 4 years and find it to be very easy.
What's great about it: Walks you through each phase of the return

I will always use turbo tax because it fits into my very busy lifestyle and it keeps me up to date on current tax laws I was unaware of.
What's great about it: I can take my time and work on my taxes when I have a free moment here and there
What's not so great: no cons

I like the way the current version takes you back automatically to check items you may need to change.
What's great about it: The way it leads use through the preparation process.

Overrated Tool

After many frustrating tries to e-file our taxes, the program wouldn't allow us to, even though we paid for it. Instructions were more confusing than previous years - don't plan on using Turbo Tax again.
What's great about it: ??????
What's not so great: Could not e-file even though paid for

Turbotax program review

I have used this program with satisfaction since it was created. Simple and efficient. You can stop anywhere and continue at your convenience.
What's great about it: simple,and checks for credits and deductions that you might have missed. The Math is guaranteed.
What's not so great: Some of the question connected with investments in securitys need an expert to understand.
