The first chat agent was for sales issues. He quickly transferred me to the technical support representative. She solved my issue right away. Great service at 5AM on a Saturday.

Easy experience

Turbo Tax made it convenient for the whole family to complete our taxes. This is the first year one of my children needed to file, and he was able to complete his taxes easily. We were also able to compare various methods of filing and maximize our refund.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, Was able to complete individual tax returns for each member of the family.

Big time refund!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and am happy with the product (even when we've had to pay!). It is easy to use and walks me through everything step by step to make sure that I haven't missed anything. We donate items to goodwill and the salvation army and I like the 'It's deductible" feature that helps me determine the worth of my items. I'll be using it again next year!
What's great about it: Easy to use...step by step instructions...doesn't miss anything!
What's not so great: wallks me through some things I don't need, but I'll do it to get the maximum refund!
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy

I've been putting off my taxes for weeks and when I finally sat down to do them it took less than 20 minutes! Simple and efficient, I'm so glad I didn't spend a few hundred to get them done some place else!
What's great about it: Really simple, Loved the step by step way of filing
