Clear and Focused

I love using Turbo Tax. I have used CPA's and tax firms in the past and it always ended up where they filed in error or missed forms that were needed. Turbo Tax is great because they have the step by step guides that make you go over every possible scenario and it catches errors that I may have missed. I look forward to using I again for next year.

Love the walk-through so you can't miss anything. Explanations are very helpful. I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and will continue to do so.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years. It is easy, quick, and accurate. It is much easier than reading page after page of directions in the IRS book and I don't run the risk of making a math error when filing. I love saving each year's returns as a PDF file which can be retrieved any time and not have all the paper clutter of saving returns for seven years.
What's great about it: Easy to follow questions.
What's not so great: Haven't found any

TurboTax program is an easy way to file your income tax even if you have a specific situation. As I stated it guides you through every stage of the filing process and answer questions if you are unsure. What I like best about the program is that it double check your information to see if you have anything that is unususal and in addition, there is an offer for assistance if you get audited.
What's great about it: easy program to use with step by step directions
What's not so great: had no problems and no cons specifically for me

Its a great way to learn how to use Turbo Tax in my own home. I feel more comfortable not giving my personal info to any 3rd party. Another thing I love about it is that I don't have to rush when I do my own taxes. I can actually take my time or stop if I have to. i love this product and i highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Very convenient easy to use with guidelines and instructions.
What's not so great: I've been using Turbo Tax for years and have no complain

I don't even remember how long I've been using TurboTax but every year it's easy, it's reliable and I'll continue using it.
