My husband and I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. We love the software and it's user friendly. We will continue to be loyal customer's of TurboTax.
What's great about it: easy to follow and love the step by step deductions.
What's not so great: every year I have trouble with the child care expense section. There must be a trick to this section

Have used Turbo Tax for the past 5 years of taxes. It is so helpful to have prior year's taxes available for reference and auto fill. I really like the comparison to the prior year when my return is done. Gives a nice big picture summary.
This is the first year I used the online chat rooms to answer a quesion I had. Turns out lots of people had the same question! Made me feel like I was doing something right.
Also have to commend the actual software design. It is really very easy to move from one section of my return to another. The choice of descriptions for each section makes it easy to identify the area I needed to revisit.
What's great about it: strightforward, methodical, great online help direct and to the point
What's not so great: never quite sure what to do when a cell is blank on a form

simpler every year

Easy to use for a person with only average computer skills and very limited knowledge of tax issues. Gets me a larger refund than when I had it done by a tax professional
What's great about it: carrying forward of information from last year's TurboTax filing; very simple to use
What's not so great: it woujld be nice to have free state e-filing as well as the free federal e-filing

Turbo Tax is the Greatest

Over all . We have used other tax software in the past , But none is better then Turbo Tax. I have use T.T for many years now , Will never change to other Tax software.

Better than I expected!

I cannot understand why anyone would not want to use Turbotax! The questions are easy to follow and answers to enter! I have used Turbotax for Ten years and will continue to do so! I really lie the ease in submitting the report when it is complete! The ease in follow up and checking on status of Federal and State Returns, if there is a Refund due!
What's great about it: The ease and capabilities of program! Easy to understand and use!
What's not so great: Not much I did not like, being an accountant for 50 years, it was very easy to understand for most novices!
