Great way to do taxes

I really like using Turbotax. I feel it is a product I can trust with my money. They are very detailed and check everything for ways to get you more money back. They have several ways to answer your questions and they stand by the outcome. I will definately use this product again.
What's great about it: Very in-depth, able to get more info on items highlighted, checked for everything
What's not so great: Got a little confusing with some of the detailed stuff but wasn't necessarily the program's fault

you guys came up with a very helpful way to do taxes, and tax idiots like myself are resting better at night just knowing you are on the job with keeping up with the many changes made every year. I for ONE could kiss you for your expertise, but there are probably thousands that feel the same way. Thanks guys.
What's great about it: So easy to follow line by line.
What's not so great: I found nothing to complain negatively about. perfectly understood format..

Turbocharged filing speed

I have used TurboTax for 18 years. I am more than a satisfied customer. I am a fan.
What's great about it: Interface is intuitive and easy to follow.
What's not so great: Sometimes, when I switch from Step-by-Step to Forms, it doesn't take me to the correct form.

Trouble with electronic filing

This product is alright. It still took me a lot of time to prepare my return even though my tax situation is fairly simple. I tried to e file and I was not successful.I followed the on screen instructions and the information on the screen did not match the worksheet. Instructions said to delete a text or amount for line 33 of the Misc. Deductions wks. There is no such worksheet or line 33. The amount I was told to delete is on Scedule A of Form 1040, Line 28. I deleted this and I kept repeating the sequence. Very frustrating after reading about how easy it is to e-file.
What's not so great: Was not able to e file my return although I followed the on screen instructions.

Intuit and TurboTax Get it Right

This is the 4th year in a row that I've used TurboTax, after previously using a CPA. It seems to be getting easier and easier. Part of that may be that our tax situation is little easier (no more businesses of our own), but it also seems that navigating the program is easier than ever.
What's great about it: Intuitive, logical and dependable.
What's not so great: Not much!
Pros: I bought or sold investments

TurboTax is consisiently easy

I've used TurboTax for several years now and find it the easiest, most reliable, highly rated way to do my taxes myself usually without having to spend more than a 2-3 hours.
What's great about it: easy to use and understand year after year
What's not so great: can't really think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy, simple, step by step at its finest!

This is so simple, it does take the slogan of "Even a caveman can do it!" Definitely got a good result out of using this software and really enjoy using this software every year.
Slightly pricey, especially compared to smaller businesses that do it cheaper but I stick to TurboTax cause its much easier to use and I get more out of it.
