Will Continue Using

I've used TurboTax for years now and won't switch. I got married this year and was able to run my taxes twice to determine whether filing separately or jointly was best for us. I like that all I need to do is enter information from my forms and answer questions and TurboTax basically does the rest for me. My one concern this year is that it was not very helpful in assisting me to correct an error that caused repeated rejections of one of our state returns.
What's great about it: Imports/Remembers data & Calculates everything for me.
What's not so great: Gave insufficient assistance to help correct a rejected state tax return. 5 times.

TurboTax is a great tool and takes a lot of the fear out of doing your own taxes. I couldn't be happier with my experience, having used it for two years now. Great product!
What's great about it: easy to use; great user interface; very comforting
What's not so great: can't really think of any

Another Awesome Experience

I always buy TurboTax. It asks the right questions and takes last year to help fill out as much as it can. It only took me a couple of hours for a return that is pretty complex. Last time I used a competitor, I saved several hundred dollars with TurboTax. Highly recommended!!
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: Took more than 5 minutes

I noticed my "tax professional" was simply using Turbo Tax then charging me double to triple what I could do it for myself. ?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What's great about it: walks you thru it step by step, explains everything
What's not so great: getting a little pricey

I have used this program for a number of years and absolutely love it! Doing my taxes before this program would normally take almost 2 hours, now with Turbo Tax I can have them done in 30 minutes! Transferring over my information from year to year makes the process that much easier and ensures I'm not missing anything.

I'd use this again...it was as advertised...a very simple process that easily guided you along the way. Hardest part of filing this year was collecting all the info in order to begin.
What's great about it: It was simple and easily guided me through process.
What's not so great: Some calculations didn't offer explanations; entering deductions one by one.
