Simple Fast and Thorough

I have been using TurboTax for more than 25 years and have never regretted the cost because of the peace of mind it gives me.
What's great about it: Just like the Title: Easy, Quick and Complete

Frustrating to transmit

I was very frustrated the first time I did the taxes when I got an error "cannot save the tax return" and therefore could not transmit the tax return. I read about the error message and found out I needed to do the entire taxes over again. I should get a refund for the amount of time this has taken me, I will not buy Turbo tax in the future.
What's great about it: The interview was easy to understand
What's not so great: I had to do Federal twice due to a failure to save glitch

I have used TurboTax for many years successfully. It also makes efiling very easy.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand.
What's not so great: Cannot print a screen.

same overall quality as 2011, but now charging more for finishing state returns AND filing. very disappointed.
What's great about it: does what it's supposed to
What's not so great: charging more for state returns
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I had started my return online than purchased a program from a different site. I was unable to pull up what I had already started online to the TT software I downloaded. I had to reenter everything.

It was well worth the investment, made doing my taxes a real joy!
What's great about it: was simple and easy to use, made doing my return a real pleasure to do this year. I look forward to doing next years.
