2012 Turbo tax software is great

Preparation is thorough, comprehensive, methodical, & intuitive. There is no guesswork-even in years when one wonders situations if the tax situation will be covered.

Turbo tax is a program that most anyone can use. As a former tax preparer I like having a tax tool that take charge of keeping current on all the tax laws so I do not have to.
What's great about it: ease of use

Thorough yet simple

I found this year's instructions even more clearly worded and easy to follow than the previous 6 years I have used Turbo Tax. Also, it seems as though the advertisement links were more helpful as suggestions and distinguishable as "ads" and not part of the filing process.
I would highly recommend using Turbo Tax, especially to one doing self preparation for the first time.

Great program. Easy to use, easy to upgarde if needed, and it allows make filing taxes easy! Life is great!
What's great about it: Covers all topics, if additional forms are needed you can add with a download.
What's not so great: Could not find any

Excellent experience as usual

I have been using TurboTax for 15 years and every year it is easier than the year before. This year is no exception. Answer the questions and in no time your return is done.
Though the return preparation display is sizable (though it does not allow you to scroll on all pages) the support pages (like the credit card entry screen) are not.
What's great about it: easy and fast to move through the return
What's not so great: print is very small and difficult to read

My family & I have gone to the same guy for years who has always done our taxes for us. This year I decided to try & file them on my own. Using TurboTax was one of the best choices I'll make all year long! SO easy to use (my boyfriend's grandparents use TurboTax, and they barely know how to turn on their computer!) very simple and to the point, and the program explains anything that's hard to understand in simple, "non-tax" people terms. I will definitely be using TurboTax again next year!!!
What's great about it: EASY!, Simple, User-friendly, Clear, Concise
What's not so great: None that I can think of!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
