Tax Filing Satisfaction

The only problem I had was ordering the program. Everything I looked at was sent by disk, Took me a while to figure out how to just get the download.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, not having to look for correct forms, easy transmition of return.
What's not so great: None

Beats Paper Returns

I used to do my returns by hand using several publications and forms and still missed some deductions. Not with TurboTax!
My only criticism is that it is difficult to determine exactly which pages need to be mailed in for the state return, but overall, I love using TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy to use, time saving, complete.
What's not so great: Too many pages

As usual a good program and very intuitive. Have used for the past 10 years and have been very satisfied. I am an executive for two companies, and have had years that I have side businesses and Turbo Tax has been able to walk me through the ins and outs of the tax code.
What's great about it: easy navigation , good instructions
What's not so great: when resuming, goes to start instead of where left off
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: The program keeps the language simple and offers much needed help when necessary.
What's not so great: I don't currently see any cons to using this until the Federal government makes it too difficult to do your tax return.

Once again easy to use

This is our seventh year using TurboTax, and we will use it again next year.
For the most part everything was clear, there was one or two times where I had to reread the help files for clarity, but that might be me own issues :)
Other than that, extremely easy to use. Love the fact that it imports the previous years tax returns so I do not have to reenter information and it also compares the two years to see if you missed something.
Easy to use, fast and effective.
What's great about it: Extremly easy to use, retains previous years information,
What's not so great: Help files could be a little more clear

Nothing is ever free in this world. Also they continue to charge my credit card year after year for the software. how do you stop that....
