Overall very nice product
What's great about it: Lead each step, mostly clear
What's not so great: asked alot of questions about downloaded info from from investment companies. who is incomplete

I will recommend Turbo Tax to everyone. Anyone could do their own taxes with a tool like this.
What's great about it: Easily guides through everything

turbo tax is so easy to use. if you can read you can use with no worrys. i constaly tell every one to use turbo tax.

I just Love Turbo Tax... I've been using it for many years and have NEVER been swayed to try another product. It is quick, clean and simple and I get finished my taxes with itemized deductions so quick that this year it just struck me that the name TURBO TAX is so appropo!
What's great about it: I can see my refund growing with every click! I love that I can stop anywhere and come back to the same spot days later.
What's not so great: Absolutely none!

I have been using Turbotax for years. Organized for inputting of information, provides helpful information to help preparer make informed decisions about their information. E-filing is very easy to do, I just wish that the state returns could be filed for free too. I end up going to the CT Gov site and having to input my info so that I can file for free.

Been using TurboTax for the last 4 years and will continue to do it. It does everything for my family's situation that any professional can do and at a lower rate.
What's great about it: Great Explanations and thorough review
What's not so great: Takes a little longer than using an accountant

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years and always am extremely satisfied with the ease of the product. I feel I receive the expertise and experience of a tax professional for much, much less money.
