Excellent

I have been using TurboTax exclusively for the last 4 -5 years. the only reason I took a break from it was during the period I had my own business. I was not comfortable doing my own taxes being a new business owner at the time. Now I would not hesitate to use TurboTax for any situation.
What's great about it: The interactive interview questions and the user interface

Don't know why I put this off so long!

I dreaded doing my taxes this year with so much going on in my family. But I was able to complete while dealing with a rambunctious 3 year old in about a hour. I always love watching the refund grow as I work through the process. Questions were easy to understand and I love how my information from the previous year is already out there with no effort on my part. I have tried other software but TurboTax always is the easiest.

Easy, quick and reliable

I could finish tax return in a couple of hours with Turbo Tax. It was very easy to do as I could use the past years tax return data. Comparing to the last year's data makes it easy to review and pulling W-2 data automatically make sure accurate input.
What's great about it: Easy and convenient
What's not so great: Too often update

Refund from the comfort of my recliner!

It's the 3rd year I've used turbo tax to do my taxes and each year has gone well. I like that I can efile at the end and be done with it too.
What's great about it: free federal refund!
What's not so great: fee to file state refund online

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and find it easy to use. With the step-by-step questions, it is unlikely I have missed any areas that will lead me to a better refund.

I have used turbotax for over 15 years, maybe longer....its always been very user friendly with good instructions and easy to use.
