as a first time user of turbo tax or any tax softwear i was suprised how easy it was to use and how well they lead me through the whole prosses.
i will recomend to friends and explain how easy it is and how you can save houndreds of dollars.

having used Turbo Tax for over 10 years I find it gets easier to use each time. With all the ways to import your information easily without having to type it all in, what used to take hours not takes less than an hour and my blood pressure stays low. Thanks for a great product and keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Easy imports of information. No more typing in by hand.

Turbo Tax is very thorough and it walks you through step-by-step. This is the fifth year I have used it. I dread doing my taxes every year but Turbo Tax somehow makes it fun!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall very helpful and easy to fill out. There were, however some instances where I wasn't sure what I needed to fill out or if it applied to me. Particularly the education part since I recently graduated in May of 2012. I would have benefitted from an explanation of what to do if I was considered a full time student, but dependent for half the year.
What's great about it: Easy to fill out.
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to understand what is being asked for.

The time it takes to use the program is doubled due to unnecessary trips back to review and asking to update when I've just done that. I really wish the program would just go from topic to topic to question and let me review when I want.

I lke that I can start with the information I have when I get it. Then I can go back and enter further data as I get it. That avoids the "crunch time" senerio.
What's great about it: quick and a logical layout

I like Turbo Tax because it saves me money versus having someone prepare my return. Its easy to follow and helps you along.
