Crazy easy process!

2nd straight year using TurboTax to file both Federal and State tax returns, and feeling like I'll be a life-long advocate. TurboTax (Intuit) has nailed the whole user experience component making it so easy for users to prepare and file their taxes. Thanks so much for thinking of all the possible obstacles and pitfalls along the way!
What's great about it: So easy, intuitive and efficient. No hiccups along the way, and online help was extremely easy to navigate.
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind. You guys have thought of everything!

First time using TurboTax

Couldn't be happier! There are tons of Turbo Tax help info online which covered all the questions I had. The software was easy and simple to navigate. Some of my coworkers have experience with Turbo Tax and gave me some helpful info also.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and manuver around the menus
What's not so great: State E-file is not free with TurboTax, even though you already paid for the state version!

Easy as Done

Easy as always to complete the tax return and love that it remembers information from prior years and asks you if you forget to fill them out. The donations process could have been easier had I been told to use It's Deductible at the beginning of the year rather than at tax time.
What's great about it: Remembers information from prior years

Easy and consistent

Excellent product. Had one small snag in beginning the tax form using entry from the year before; however, I was easily able to circumvent the problem by entering data directly initially, then saving and starting up again. Never encountered the problem again. I like watching the change in tax refund amounts as entries are made so I can easily see the effect of certain deductions. I have been using TurboTax each year for more than 10 years. Very satisfied.

Awesome Plan

This is the fifthe year I have used turbo tax. Its easy only take about an hour if you have all your paperwork in order. Never had any problems and the cost for the software is way cheaper than an accountant!
What's great about it: Easy to useonly takes a LITTLE time

Easiest Tax Filing EVER!

Turbo Tax makes tax filing quick and easy. The hardest part is gathering the figures for itemizing deductions. Everything else is a snap! And, transmittal of the returns was faster than last year. Turbo tax you are worth every penny!

Turbo Tax Saves Me Time

Turbo Tax flat out saves me time; from finding deductions and organizing business expenses to having to complete the reams of forms required. Every year it makes an otherwise unpleasant experience bearable.
What's great about it: My wife is self-employed, so Turbo Tax saves me days (probably weeks) in time negotiating all the eligible deductions.
What's not so great: It's Expensable is helpful; I just need to use it throughout the year instead of doing it all at once at tax time.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
