I like using Turbotax to file my own returns. It has always been straight forward and simple to use. I really did not feel comfortable asking questions to a chat person. I did not feel that previous years Turbotax returns were being examined and compared. I still feel more confident using this software than any other.
What's great about it: Questions asked - straight forward and understandable
What's not so great: Did not see where my last years return was being compared

Reviews need work

Review found a K-1 form needing additional information. Did not have a K-1 and couldn't remove the request from the review!
What's great about it: Love the simple question format.
What's not so great: Error not removeable.

What's great about it: like to see the calculations as they are entered.
