The state benefits from e-filing, it should be free
What's great about it: Federal Data is Automatically entered.
What's not so great: Fee for e-filing state return.

Still a Great Performer

It's a no-brainer. Software is easy to use, and if you follow the Guide - it's pretty painless.
Definitely a lot less painful than telling a stranger about your Taxes, and hoping he/she understands and gets them right (and you didn't forget anything).
What's great about it: Detailed, but Quick and Easy
What's not so great: Multiple Updates with limited informaiton
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I loved it and use it every year. Who needs a paid tax professional for a simple personal return? Turbo tax does it all for you!

Easy to Navigate

This program was great and easy to follow. It was quick and easy to get my taxes done.
What's great about it: There were good prompts on how to file and what to file, and the "explain this" was great.
What's not so great: Not enough prompts on what to enter later on, you felt like you could be omitting something

Harder than it should be!

I am an averagely intelligent person and spent the whole time with Turbo Tax in a fog. It kept telling my I had to enter info on dependents (somehow it thought I have 10!) Finding a typo is very difficult and I couldn't help but feel they just wanted to sell me a more expensive version.
What's great about it: Online
What's not so great: NOT user friendly
