Turbotax for 2012 taxes is the best version I've ever used and I've been using it for many many years!!
What's great about it: Easy to use, Finds ALL possible deductions, Imports past data

I find it very easy. Every income item, deduction item or whatever is needed to do comes up automatically so that you do not forget anything. I find it so easy to use. And the state form is automatically filled out from the federal form. I think I saved half the time this year.
What's great about it: So very easy!!
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

My life made easy

I find Turbotax a delight to use for filing my taxes. It could not get any easier, I simply installed the product, started a return and it pulled in all my history. Pulling income, and banking information was easy to, no fuss. I simply let the tool guide me all the way through.

hardest turbotax for me yet. got stuck when children made over 3800 and program wouldn't let me put them as dependents. had to manually update forms. confusing.
needs more steps in some places.

The Pros - I think its the best program out there. Its very easy to follow and for the most part, will provide one details on the subject area. I also like that you can explore on your own or just answer the questions. The Cons - Although I continue to think TurboTax is the best program - at least for me since I buy the program - I will state that when helping low income family/friends prepare their returns, even though Free Turbo Tax is an option in NY State, it isn't used since it doesn't bring in the prior year information for free, nor is it available as early as the other free programs. Just think Intuit is missing out on future customers. Another thing I noticed, it appears that there aren't as many options to click on a link to get more details on the area being covered - at least not relating to the foreign income and taxes section. Had to go to the actuall IRS instructions.
What's great about it: Easy to Follow
What's not so great: Not Friendly for Low Income Returns
