I am a little disappointed about how small it is, but in a reality I was aware of this when purchasing it. As for it's performance and speed, it is exceptional. Allows my system to boot fast (Windows 7) and all transfer speeds are great. It didn't make my system "as fast as a lighting bolt", but it's definitely exceptional! HP Envy 17t-j000 Quad Edition. Intel i7 2.4GHz (3.4GHz Turbo Boost). 12GB RAM.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well in my Presonal opinion I think the Hp v300 SSD is the best for any work you may have.

Improved the performance of an older PC.

This solid state SATA drive greatly improves the read/write speed even on this older SATA 1 PC. Boot-up time is especially noticeably faster now.
