Love the pan, but the lid shatered.

We bought this pan about a year ago and we loved it until this morning while frying some bacon, the lid suddenly shattered and the handle and some of the glass fell into the pan. I was surprised to say the least since at the time I was cooking at a medium low level.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't get lid clean

I bought this pan a month ago. The pan is great, but the glass lid has food residue building up between the glass and the metal band around the edge. It looks unsanitary.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exploded Lid

We bought this pan about a year ago. Today while cooking ravioli for lunch, suddenly I heard a loud bump sound and noticed that the glass of lid shattered and the handle and some of the glass fell into the pan over the food. Please see attached file.
