there is a trick to this fry pan do not submerge it in water after cooking let the pan cool down first,I've had mine for a year now I threw it out,better than 6 months for feet fry pan.. thanks.. Don from sudbury ont..

Should I return it?

I've used my new 12.5 inch skillet twice and the so-called thermo-spot never changed. Unless I find some guidance on this I'll be returning it. Did I buy a dud?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible pan

I purchased this pan 2 weeks ago. I’ve only used it about 5 times. I have never used anything other than wood or plastic cookwear. The coating on the red center is coming apart. The pan has performed well, as all new pans do. But the coating coming off already is completely unexceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't last

I use this pan fairly regularly for about 10 months and the cooking surface is already degrading. I only wash by hand and never use metal utensils on it. I can only imagine how quickly it would've degraded if I had. There's speckles all over the surface so I guess the pan is done for. Which is really disappointing because it performed so well that I bought one as a present for someone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

EXTERIOR FINISH

Just received my skillet and used for the first time. After hand washing and drying, noticed the the exterior finish is flaking off. My 7 year older skillet did not do this. Assuming the Quality of this product is not as good.
I would recommend this to a friend!
