Beautiful appliance with great promise!

I really enjoy the light in the drum and think this is a quality machine. Unfortunately, I don't think I know how to use it correctly. Clothes often come out with damp areas even though the dryer supposedly has a moisture sensor that senses when the clothes are dry. Also, although it has a refreshing cycle that can either be steam or dry, clothes come out much more wrinkled than the 15 year old dryer it replaced. The controls provide lots of options, but they don't remember the ones used most frequently so I have to set my preferences each time.

Excellent all-around

Great features, short drying times without overcooking clothes. So quiet it's hard to know when it's done. Only complaint was that the igniter failed twice within the first six weeks. Was annoying to miss work twice to have it fixed, but now everything is wonderful.

I use this dryer with confidence. I am confident that my laundry is perfectly dried each time no matter what the contents are.. It is quiet and easy to use.. The variety of settings is particularly useful because it matches everything I need to do.

The dryer is quiet, half the time to dry a load of laundry from our previous machine.The steam and wrinkle work so well we are saving money from our cleaning bill.

I am completly satisfied with all of my Whirlpool products that I have no problem recommending anyone I know to purchase a Whirlpool product, From the design to the ease of use to the overall look of there products.Quality is also important and they stand behind there products so you would be crazy to buy any other brand !!

I enjoy using my new Whirlpool dryer. I bought the pedestal set together (washer and dryer), and love them both! The dryer is very easy to operate and has all the features I would ever want. I have not used the steam setting yet, but I anxious to try it out.
