I love my Whirlpool Duet. Just having trouble with the precision dispenser. I am not getting the 36 loads. Otherwise everything is great!

We upgraded from another Whirlpool set because we were "gifting" our former set to our daughter and her husband. I didn't really expect better because we loved our old set. This one is even better. I don't use fabric softener because of all the chemicals, but, somehow, the clothes feel even softer with this new dryer. Totally happy!

I had the previous model duet and it worked well so after asking appliance repair personel what product would they buy, they highly recommended whirlpool duet. No regrets. Only thing I am disappointed in is that you need multiple hoses for the steam hookup and they are not included, so when the appliances came, the installers did not have everything they needed.

I bought my dryer about 2 months ago and we love them they are the best we have had. We have not had a complaint about them, I like the feature in the washer so you don't have to load the soap every time you do a load. best product by far.

We had the older model of this dryer but gas and we moved so needed an electric dryer. It's very quiet and design is nice. This is my first electric dryer ever and always heard they took a long time to dry and sometimes needed multiple cycles. This has NOT been the case. Even a load of towels comes out warm and dry. Very happy

Finally, a dryer that really has differentiating features for all fabrics. I have genuine choices that will dry clothes to my preference. Delicates and dressy clothing come out looking perfect but it will also,dry those heavy items like sweatshirts, bedding and even throw rugs. I love having choices for the huge variety of things I wash.
