Have had this for almost 2 months and love it. Dries well, is quiet and the features are great. Love the "towel" cycle - never have to worry about towels being the least bit damp. Perfect for my family.

I Love to do laundry now!

I treated my family to this Whirlpool 7.4 cu.ft. Duet Steam Electric Dryer (and washer) with tap touch controls and could not be happier with it! I love how I can use the steam refresh to eliminate wrinkles or simply freshen something up! I love the sanitize option as well. I love the extra low setting for dedicates. I have a king sized down comforter that I wash once a month and this dryer actually dries it. Of course you must rearrange the comforter to get the best drying results for it is quite bulky. I now do all of the laundry whereas before, everyone did their own. Clothes come out beautifully!!! This dryer is very quiet and I love how you can control the sound level. The "done" sound indicator is even delightful !!! And finally, it is gorgeous!!! A real beauty! It makes me want to put a chandelier in my laundry room!!! OH! I am tall, 5'9" and there is zero bending for me. The laundry easily transfers from the washer to the dryer with the pedestals.

I don't like the touch screen

Great machine but the tap touch controls are too sensitive. I end up changing the settings every time I lean against the machines. You can lock the control pad but it still beeps at you when you accidentally hit the contol pad.

The new washer and dryer we purchased have great features. To not a few : 1. Detergent or soap reservoir is great and, 2 the steam function. They are beautifully engineered and look great. Very easy to use from start to finish.Best machines we have had. I recommend them to any one!
