I bought this a month ago to replace our old duet whirlpool front load dryer. I love the steam feature to keep wrinkles out our of clothes.

Great dryer - goodbye dryer sheets!

I'm loving this dryer. We've had it for nearly a year (purchased with matching washer - have them stacked). I'm very pleased with the static reduction feature. I've never been a big fan of dryer sheets, but even less so of static electricity. The "reduce static" setting really works.We've also had wonderful success with the steam refresh. Not long ago, we tried it with a suit of my husband's that had been packed (folded) for a long time. The steam setting made it look freshly pressed.I've not had the problem of balling sheets, except when I'm not careful about how I load the dryer. With any larger items like sheets, it's best to separate them carefully before putting them in the dryer.We've had no service issues at all with the unit.

After having another brand of washing machine for 12 years that sounded more like a combine than a washing machine, it is a refreshing change to have the quiet, fast, large capacity Duet Washer. I love the electronic controls and the auto dispenser for detergent. I use the 30 minute Quick Wash cycle almost all the time and the Duet dryer dries my loads in 30 minutes or less. The Steam feature on the dryer (which joyfully did not require any additional plumbing for the steam feature) is a lifesaver - I haven't used my iron since I purchased my set! Highly, highly recommend the Whirlpool Duet Washer and Dryer set!

Totally satisfied by the level of quality and ease of operation of the unit. And with the pedestals, the units (both dryer and washer) are totally awesome.

Quiet and Beautiful

I love my dryer because it's quiet, can handle large loads, easy to use, and has a nice tune that isn't annoying. Lots of features that make wrinkles a thing of the past in my house.

After I read the instruction booklet and figured out how to set the dryer to get the results I wanted. It is easy to use and quite efficient. I like the quietness and big lint trap. It is on the expensive side of most dryers.

Great performance but sensors sometimes leave clothes a litt

This unit replaced an older Whirlpool front-loading dryer that served us well for nine years. There have been no problems after four months of regular use. Machine is highly configurable and works very well except for its propensity to end the cycle before the garments are completely dry.
