simple to operate

easy to operate with the clearly labeled modes, no need to always have the instructions handy like some other dryers. temperature sensor works great as well

We purchased a pair of 96 series Duet's and so far it has been the best purchase. Our old washer and dryer pair were from 1999 and these new units have cut the wash and drying time in half! Very quiet and easy to use. I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with our dryer. It has many "smart" features which makes it very easy to use.Clothes com eout perfectly dried and not wrinkled.

Does and complete job of drying everytime

This dryer does a better job than previous dryers of fully drying the clothes. Also the drying cycles and temperatures allow for use on even more of the delicate clothes.

I wish I had my old dryer back

When I dry sheets, they immediately get all balled up, making it almost impossible for the sheets in the middle to dry. So now I have to stop the dryer and un-ball them several times while drying - very annoying. This rarely happened with my old dryer. Also, I tried using the sensor to determine when the clothes were dry, but some of the clothes were always wet when the cycle ended, so now I only use the timed dry setting, making all the other fancy choices irrelevant.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

THIS DRYER IS SOMEWHAT OF A NEW EXPERIENCE TO ME, ESPECIALLY THE STEAM. I LIKE IT IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE, AND I'M VERY HAPPY WITH IT. MY CLOTHES COME OUT WITH HARDLY ANY WRINKLES AT ALL. THAT'S A REAL BIG PLUS, IN MY OPINION.

I purchased the "top of the line" dryer and received a "top of the line" product! What my family loves most is the dryer will completely dry a large load of clothes prior to the completion of a large load of laundry. If you forget or do not have time to pull your clothes when the cycle is complete the dryer will continue to tumble to minimize wrinkles. As advertised the dryer is very quite.
