We bought our dryer about a month ago and it has been great! It has lots of nice features and drys clothes really fast.

I've been dealing with an LG that takes hours to dry towels..... Like at least 3 hours. It finally broke and I got this whirlpool. Everything seems great except the normal cycle keeps stopping after 5 or 10 min. So I use the sanitize cycle for towels and the timed 1 hour cycle for clothes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this about 4 months ago. I'm completely pleased with the purchase. The steam refresh option didn't exactly work as I had hoped but you can't really expect it to take out all the wrinkles when you leave the clothes in there for a day or more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This machine is unbelievable. Whirlpool did a phenomenal job designing this dryer and they didn't hold anything back. Very sleek and user friendly

I have always loved Whirlpool and we saved a lot of money to get the washer and dryer. The only thing is the sensor doesn't seem to work correctly. If you have setting on normal it senses clothes are dry and they are still wet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
