I love being able to cook a meal in one oven and bake in the other at the same time. The quick clean function is very easy to use and leaves the oven spotless. The electronics are quite easy to use; the manual is even written clearly. This oven also looks good; while many people are using stainless steel, this is one of only a few that I found that is solid black.

From the hidden heating elements, wonderful racks and the beautiful blue enamel, I love to open the oven just to admire it's looks. Performance has been excellent. The fan took a little getting used to as my old GE didn't have that fan, but minor deal.

It is a thing of beauty, nicely styled. However, the fan starts up the minute you start the preheat and continues on until the oven cools. We eat in the kitchen and the fan noise is distracting. (I'm not talking about the convection fan.)
It also takes a long time to preheat, even on the quick preheat setting.
It cooks evenly including when there are two dishes in the oven.

Had to replace double convection wall ovens that were 13 years old - amazing how the technology has improved! Having space for only 27" ovens, I had a difficult time fitting cookie sheets into such a small interior - the interior of this new oven is tremendously bigger & have been able to fit every pan I own without issue. This is also the only double convection oven currently on the market so it's a double bonus! I do love how the oven light is bright enough to actually see what is cooking inside without ever opening the door!
The only negative I can see is how long (& somewhat loud) the cooling fan takes to shut off but it's cooks beautifully & looks wonderful!

Doubled my oven space

I replaced a 27" microwave / oven wall unit with this incredibly beautiful double wall oven and I'm thrilled with it. Each oven has three racks with the bottom one on ball bearings so it completely slides out. Temperature controls are all electronic and accurate. Very easy to use and great results.

After 30 years, our old Chambers dual oven gave up the ghost. We looked extensively for a replacement (Consumer Reports, on-line reviews, vendor web sites, and visits to local appliance dealer showrooms) and finally settled on the KitchenAid double oven in a black exterior as the best balance between cost, function, looks, and past product reliability experience. Since installing our ovens a month and a half ago, we have been very pleased with the results for baking/roasting breads, casseroles, meats, vegetables, etc. The ovens are also lovely to look at from a visual design perspective. The controls, indicators, timing functions, and visibility of the oven interiors during operation are excellent. Our only complaint is the relatively loud sound from the cooling fans during operation and lasting about 15 minutes after cooking is done. This noise can be off-putting if you eat adjacent to the kitchen cooking area.

Cons: loud fan noise during operation.
