[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the ovens. But highly recommend getting extended warranty (and so did the service technican). Worked great for 11 months. One Sunday in the middle of baking 2 dishes the ovens went out. thankful it was still under warranty. but I immediately purchased a 5 year extended warranty. I have always been pleased with Kitchenaid appliances.
