[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these ovens. The cook very evenly and the convenience of having 2 ovens make the efficiency of cooking so much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the ovens for a about a month and was delighted to find that it did not take a "learning curve" to learn how to operate the ovens. They are very intuitive. This double oven replaced a single oven and since we do a lot of entertaining, has worked out beautiful. And the appearance is very attractive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in time for Thanksgiving and it performed very well. The turkey was delicious and there was plenty of room to get all my sides and pies. The big window is really nice. I am still not that comfortable with the controls. I don't like that when I use the automatic convection adjustment feature I have to put in a time and if it is not finished cooking, I have to put all the information in again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had these ovens installed 2 weeks ago. I often cook for large crowds and reheating is always a problem. With these ovens I can heat 6 items at once. The digital instructions are great. The weakness is that the convection cooling fan stays on for an extremely long time after cooking is done. It is pretty noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ovens are beautiful in my remodeled kitchen. They have a classic, modern look that I think will stand the test of changing styles. One of my favorite things about this set of ovens is that when you opt to use the convection oven, it will offer to convert your recipe for you.
On the down side, I'm afraid to use the self cleaning feature because my last set of double ovens got too hot during the cleaning cycle and burned up the control panel. I've also read a few reviews online stating that this oven does the same. To be fair, I have not tried it. The owners manual says to not use the spray on oven cleaners, so how do you clean these things?? So far, a wet paper towel to soak the food spills and then just scrubbing with soap and water. Would LOVE to know a better way!
Pros: Innovative, Convenient Features, Design, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aside from its beautiful design and ease of use, this oven makes cooking for a large crowd a breeze. When using the convection option, the oven on top cuts cooking time and roasts and bakes evenly. The bottom oven is the sine qua non of straightforward oven cooking - steady, reliable and solid-state.
Pros: easy to use, Innovative, Convenient Features, Design

Great visibility and design; slow to preheat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the design and overall useability of these ovens. The extra large glass makes it so easy to see inside and gauge how items are baking. However, I have been disappointed in how long the ovens take to preheat. I even knew before buying these that this was an issue, but I thought, "Well, how long could that really be?" Let me tell you: a long time. It can take more than 20 to 30 minutes just for the ovens to be preheated, and this has meant that I often have to change what I am planning to make for dinner just because of the extra time needed to use the ovens.
Also, if I put something in the oven before it is completely preheated (let's say I want the temperate at 425 degrees, and it's currently at 400, and I want to get started), I cannot set the timer correctly. The timer waits until the oven is completely preheated before beginning. So, sometimes I will decide that I want to cook something for 15 minutes, even though the oven still is 10- to 20-degrees away from being preheated. In this case I have to look at the clock, add fifteen minutes in my head, and set the "end time" for the oven, since I cannot tell it to cook for 15 minutes because it is not fully preheated.
Another concern is that the ovens are not good at maintaining a consistent temperature. They can run hot, and I have to use an internal thermometer and adjust cooking times and even what temperature I use accordingly. If I am using both ovens at the same temperature at the same time, the upper one sometimes runs hotter than the lower one. I have had a service technician out to fix this, and supposedly they are calibrated correctly. I would have expected more precision from ovens in this price range.
Finally, if I am cooking multiple batches of items, like cookies, at the same temperature, and one batch is done so the oven turns itself off, when I turn the oven back on at the same temperature it was supposedly cooking at just seconds before, it goes back to "preheating" mode. I can sometimes take 5 or more minutes for the oven to say it's at the right temperature. I have to use a different timer than the one on the oven, now, in this situation, so the oven does not shut itself off and start the preheat mode again, which is inconvenient.
Would I still purchase these ovens again? Probably. They match my other appliances, and I really do like the large glass window and the overall design and features provided. However, I am disappointed every time I use them that they did not live up to my expectations for temperature control and faster preheating.
