[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top oven is noisy. Reading other reviews that say the same thing leads me to believe it is a design flaw. The oven takes a long time to preheat and to cool down. This seems not energy efficient! I have tried to figure out how to change the oven temp while baking and can't find any information on that, except when in sabbath mode, whatever that is! Not user friendly , and I use my oven a lot. Wish it was more fun! One good thing to report is that it does bake evenly.

Between the noise level, the uneven cooking, and the length at which it takes to heat up, it makes me want to sit down and cry when I think of how much money we spent to be so unhappy with this appliance.
