[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't rate everything excellent because I haven't had it that long and therefore can't tell about the long-term quality/durability/etc. I am loving it so far and can definitely tell a difference in the way baked things turn out...evenly cooked and done when the timer goes off. I don't have to keep setting it for a few minutes longer. This is my first wall oven and I find the upper oven door to be a bit awkward to get things out of. I have to stand to the side because I am short and arms are short, etc. and I don't want to get burned. But, I consider that a small inconvenience (and to some it probably wouldn't be at all.)
Pros: easy to use, Performance
