After using a 40 year old 19 inch wall oven this is a dream come true!!
First thing I used it for was making Christmas cookies, which came out perfect.

Too long to Pre-heat . . .not always accurate cook time.

Looks good however takes too long to preheat the oven. Plan on giving yourself at least 45 mins. before trying to bake anything.

We've had our oven for several months, and I really enjoy it. It's a beautiful appliance. The interior walls are cobalt blue, which is a pleasant surprise whenever you open the oven. I really like the "handle" on the oven shelves. The heat seems to be very even. I also appreciate the style of the oven door. The inside glass, instead of being a cutout window, covers the entire inside surface of the door, which makes cleaning a whole lot easier.
There are a couple of negatives. If you heat the oven to 350, then want to bump it up, for example to 425, it takes forever to increase to that temperature. The other thing is, I can't figure out how to do a delay start, if I want to go away and have the oven start, say, in 2 hours.
A feature that is new to me is the Sabbath setting, which I believe is becoming an industry standard. I think this is something that really appeals only to a small percent of oven users.
Pros: Design, Performance, Innovative
Cons: where's the delay on?

I think I got so used to my old oven not heating properly when I got my new Kitchenaid oven I was amazed how well it cooked everything. I even put a thermometer in it see if it was heating at the correct temp. and sure enough it was spot on. Looks good and works great!!
