The oven is quite attractive and cooks nicely. Mastering all the controls, however, can be a bit challenging because you're constantly switching between control panels. Fact microwave opens out instead of swinging to the side can be challenging for we shorter people, e.g., I cannot even wipe the microwave component out without a ladder or chair to reach up over the open door. The standard oven takes an incredibly long time to preheat. Although the ovens work great, I'd not buy the model again for just stated reasons.

We have only used the microwave. Same complaint as other reviewers......fan continues after microwaving has stopped. Requires opening the door to stop it. Everything else seems great with more features than we will probably use. We love the beautiful look

My desire was to have a double oven but was sold on the microwave/oven combination. I was leery about it being what I wanted but now that I've had it in my kitchen for almost 2 months, I love it. The fact that I have convection in both the microwave and oven takes care of needing a double oven. I love the controls and they are simple to operate. They looked complex at first (I even told my daughter-in-law I thought I'd be able to launch rockets with it) but I sat down, read the instructions and was using many of the features in no time. I'm even teaching my husband how to use it which is no easy job. I'm very glad I purchased this product.
