We purchased a complete KitchenAid kitchen when we built our house 9 years ago including the 30 in Convection Combination. The Microwave could not be repaired and the color is not made now. I looked at all the combos on the market and decided to return to KitchenAid considering their changes and upgrades to this appliance and so far I am VERY pleased with the oven and microwave. The window in the oven is fantastic as well and the new blue interior and the rolling rack.

I just built a home and selected all Kitchen Aid Architect II appliances. This unit is nice but is nothing special. I am having issues with the fan rattling. The preheat seems very long to me. To get the oven to 350 it takes over 12 minutes. That seems very long to me.
