We did a complete kitchen remodel and wanted appliances that were upscale but not complete budget busters. We also wanted to purchase American designed and manufactured products. After much research we decided on KitchenAid. We love this combination Wall Oven and microwave unit because the microwave also can operate in convection mode. This gives us lots of cooking flexibility when meals range from anywhere from just the 2 of us to the full family of 5.
Pros: Innovative, Design, Convenient Features, Performance
Cons: takes a while to understand the various modes

We selected this oven based on the fact we didn't have room for a true double oven and a microwave. This fit the bill nicely. Very impressed with overall feature set, although we've not had a chance to use all the features of either oven. Some pros and cons to help a future buyer out:
Pros:
-elegant look
-quick heat option on big oven
-outstanding feature set
-Double duty microwave that comes with additional cookware.
-classy blue finish in main oven
-slide out oven racks
-whirlpool reliability

We previously had a table top microwave which was much more powerful. Also I can't find the wattage rating I have some recipes that I need this information.
Popcorn does not pop well or quickly.
Pros: love the soften and melt feature, Convenient Features
Cons: not easy to change temperature on oven, signal keeps going and going and going, easy to forget to push the start on the oven, microwave power
